Our Story: From Service to Spirits
Born Free Bar Staffing was founded by Randy Fillmore, a retired Navy Veteran, with a vision to bring the discipline, dedication, and camaraderie of Navy service to the world of event bartending. After years serving the country, Randy discovered a new passion: crafting exceptional experiences through the art of mixology and hospitality. Further honing his craft, Randy became a Master Mixologist, graduating from the prestigious San Diego Bar Staffing School in 2022.
