How far do you travel for events?

We are based in Central Ohio and primarily serve this region. However, we are available for travel to other locations. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance and logistics. Please contact us to discuss your event location.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Our cancellation policy is outlined in your service agreement. If you cancel more than 30 days before your event date, your deposit will be fully refundable. If you cancel within 7 days of your event, the deposit is non-refundable. Please refer to your service agreement for complete cancellation terms and conditions.

Can I request specific bartenders for my event?

While we cannot always guarantee specific staff members due to scheduling, we do our best to accommodate requests. All our bartenders are highly skilled, professional, and trained to provide the Born Free standard of service. If you have a preference, please let us know during the booking process.

What is included in your standard bartending package?

Accepted Answer

Our standard packages typically include professional TIPS-certified bartenders, bar tools (shakers, jiggers, pour spouts, etc.), setup and cleanup of the bar area, and consultation for menu planning and alcohol purchasing. Specific inclusions vary by package and can be customized. Portable bars, glassware, ice, and mixers can be added.

Can you provide supplies? Cups/napkins/garnishes/mixers?

Yes! We can provide cups, napkins, straws, garnishes, and mixers as an add-on to your package. This is a great option if you want a more all-inclusive experience without having to purchase everything yourself. Let us know your needs, and we’ll customize it for your event.

How much alcohol do I need to buy for my event?

We can guide you on quantities and types of alcohol needed for your guest count and menu. We provide a complimentary alcohol purchasing consultation based on your guest count, event duration, and drink preferences. We have tools and experience to help you estimate the right quantities, preventing over-buying or running short.
